A SMALL-GROUP LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

ALONGSIDE

Leadership is something we practice together.

Alongside brings together a small cohort of 6–8 leaders for six gatherings over twelve weeks to explore real questions, learn from one another, and practice leadership together.

What is Alongside?

A little learning.

Individual reflection.

A lot of conversation.

Leadership can be meaningful, energizing, complicated, and sometimes lonely.

Leaders face decisions, relationships, expectations, and questions without easy answers. And few places let leaders step outside the demands of the work and really think about what they're experiencing and how they want to lead through it.

Alongside is a place to do that with other leaders.

Alongside isn't a course or webinar series. Each gathering blends a short idea, framework, story, question, or tool with individual reflection and meaningful conversation.

THE ALONGSIDE ARC

What we'll explore

Across six gatherings, we'll move through an arc designed to help you notice how you're showing up, reconnect with what matters, question the assumptions shaping what you see, gain perspective on what's happening around you, and make more intentional choices about what comes next.

What a gathering feels like

Each 60-minute gathering creates space to explore a leadership idea, reflect on what it means for you, and spend meaningful time in conversation with other leaders. Bring the real questions and challenges you're navigating, and learn from how others are navigating theirs.

Something to hold onto

Before we begin, we’ll send you an Alongside reflection kit with thoughtfully designed materials and a few surprises to support your learning, reflection, and the space you create for yourself throughout the experience.

Alongside gives you a community to learn and reflect with. Sometimes the questions that emerge deserve more individual attention.

What Are You Carrying?

A conversation about presence and what leadership is asking of you right now.

Leadership gives us a lot to hold: decisions, relationships, expectations, uncertainty, responsibility, and questions we don't always have a good place to put.

We'll step outside the day-to-day to notice what we're carrying, consider how it may be shaping how we show up, and think alongside other leaders navigating their own challenges.

A conversation about the assumptions shaping how we lead.

Leadership requires us to make sense of people and situations all the time. We see something happen and quickly begin creating a story about why. But how do we know?

We'll explore the space between what we observe and how we interpret it, and practice getting curious about what else might be true.
