Who We Are

Together Through exists because meaningful change doesn't happen by accident. We have to create the conditions for it.

That belief didn't come from a theory. It came from years of designing experiences, developing leaders, and partnering with organizations and individuals as they navigated growth, change, and the work of becoming.

Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Experience Designer

Tara Curry-Jahn

Tara Curry-Jahn is the founder of Together Through and a leadership coach, facilitator, and experience designer based in Denver, Colorado. She partners with schools, nonprofits, businesses, and individual leaders to navigate change while designing the conditions for stronger relationships, healthier cultures, and meaningful growth through coaching, retreats, leadership development, and facilitated experiences.

Over more than 20 years of working alongside young people, educators, school leaders, nonprofit professionals, and teams, Tara has seen the same truth emerge again and again: people do their best work when they feel connected. Connected to each other. Connected to a shared purpose. Connected to the reason they chose this work in the first place.

When connection is missing, even the best strategies struggle to take hold. When people feel connected, they are more willing to take risks, have honest conversations, navigate challenges, and imagine new possibilities together. That belief became the foundation for Together Through.

Most recently, Tara spent seven years as a Partner at Leadership+Design, where she designed and led leadership development programs for school leaders and educators across the United States. She engaged hundreds of leaders in experiences designed to build trust, deepen practice, and reconnect people to their purpose.

Before joining Leadership+Design, Tara ran her own consulting practice and partnered with cohorts of public school principals through Stanford d.school's School Retool, helping leaders redesign school experiences and create more human-centered learning environments. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Colorado Education Initiative, supporting schools and districts across Colorado through major instructional and organizational change efforts. She also spent nearly a decade in youth development, helping young people build confidence, leadership skills, and meaningful relationships.

As a facilitator, coach, and experience designer, Tara creates experiences that invite honest conversation, deepen relationships, and help people move through meaningful change with greater clarity and purpose. Her work is grounded in human-centered design, the belief that the best solutions come from deeply understanding the people you are designing for before proposing what comes next. She intentionally designs for growth, rest, joy, and the moments that linger long after a program ends.

Tara holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.

She believes the most meaningful change happens when people feel seen, heard, and connected. The moments that change us don't happen by accident. They are designed.
